I would say it started happening shortly after the newest update. I keep my

phone up to date.

I tried this and it worked for a few days. Now it randomly opens a browser

and calls some one without even touching the buttons. Any more suggestions?

Shirleen, We want your phone to only be controlled by you! It sounds like there may be an application or function processing on your phone that is interfering with normal operations. I appreciate your time in resetting the Network Settings. The next best step would be to fully back up and restore your phone using iTunes or iCloud.
