For the past month or so when my phone is connected to the wifi I am unable to access any web pages or apps such as Facebook & YouTube, does anyone else have this issue and if so how do you fix it?

This could be a wifi issue and not anything to do with Verizon.

Can you turn wifi off and use cellular data and it works?

Sometimes if you forget the network for your wifi and then search for it again and connect it will return.

Or you can turn off the router, modem, and device and let them all reset so the modem resets first, then the wireless router (unless you are using a combo unit) and then the device. (iphone)

then try and connect again.

Like I said if the cellular data allows you to go to the web sites it is your modem/wireless router.

Good Luck
