Why won't my device connect to the internet?

Not sure why, but my internet connectivity stopped after the last update. Is it just bme, or did this happen to everyone?

Have you tried resetting your network settings?

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  5. Enter the 4-digit passcode.
  6. Tap Reset Network Settings.

thanks! it would have helped a lot if this suggestion was included with the sim card they sent me when I brought my phone over from Sprint
