My network appears in "settings" but it insists the password is incorrect. My tablet, iPad and laptop are all connected to WiFi using the same password. What do I need to do to make the iPhone accept the password???

I am so embarrassed! Problem has been solved by my three younger
grandchildren. They caught what the older grandchildren and six adults did
not see. Two letters in the password were transposed. Amazing how easily
things work when you do it right. Thank you for your help.

Ashes42,
That's very odd you're device is not accepting the WiFi password. What model iPhone are you using? Has it accepted this password in the past? Have you ensured the software is up to date? Please share some further details so we can find resolution. Thanks!

It's an iPhone 5c purchased in August 2014. From that time until early Dec
when I moved into my new home, I was staying with my son. Had no problem
during that time frame when using his WiFi. Verizon set up everything
about a week prior to my move-in. Once I had my computer set up, I set up
other electronics to connect with WiFi in new house. The phone was the
only one to cause problems. At that time I did a software update and also
updated all the apps. Phone works beautifully other than it will not accept
the WiFi password.
If I go to "settings", select "WiFi", my network will appear. The problem
starts when I enter the password for my network. I have had others enter
the password & confirm the password, so I am certain it is being entered
correctly.
Thanks for any help you can give me

Pat,
Wi-Fi is an amazing asset to have for your phone and we'll make sure you can enjoy it. Can you try something for me please? If you try to connect your iPhone 5c to a different Wi-Fi network, such as your son's or maybe at a location offering free Wi-Fi (such as Starbucks or McDonalds) does the phone connect ok?
If you go to Settings>Wi-Fi and select your home Wi-Fi network, then select Forget This Network this may fix the issue.
