The phone itself does as I had it on Sprint and it's fantastic for at home where I have no service, The question is when will Verizon turn this feature on for us. Verizon? Anyone care to answer? It's there. turn it on!!!
While waiting for Verizon, there are plenty of free Wi-Fi calling apps out there you can use in the interim. I use Talktone as a back-up & it works great with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
