apps moving/settings questioned?

This morning, I noticed that my call button switched places with my email button, making my email impossible to access.  I kept getting something about an error in the settings.  Does anyone know what caused this and/or how I can put it back the way it was originally?

Adding to this a bit.  I meant the icons for making calls and mail.  they've switched places for some reason.  How do I return it all to how it was before, and what caused this?
