i tried making a call on my 5s and all i hear is a faint ring and barely can hear the other person on the other line. same as incoming calls…. any ideas?
Bad earpiece speaker? Does it work when you use speakerphone? If speakerphone works, you might have to get the phone replaced.

Let's get those calls flowing properly and at the proper volume. Have you checked the volume on your device? Has this device been recently dropped? Is this issue present on all calls? Has your device recently been near/around water or moisture? Please keep us posted, thanks!
