can't change ringtone

Somehow my ringtone was changed, both tones were purchased at a ringtone site. I cannot change ringtone back to the one I want. I've tried changing it in the "sounds" setting. I also tried changing it by "hard shutdown" by holding the phone on/off button.

I'm a personal fan of ringtones and I want to make sure we get this working for you again. I will be happy to help. How and where were the ringtones purchased? Any recent changes such as a software update on your device?
