Cracked my screen very badly last weekend. Currently in need of advice on how to replace. I'm living in Japan right now so my line is suspended. However I do pay insurance every month, but I think it is only when my plan is active. I went to apple store in Japan but basically all they told me was that I could buy a new one from them. How can I best find out from verizon customer service what my best options are for this?
