How do I retrieve my contacts onto my new iphone 5c

It was a samsung intensity II and I had done a successful backup

assistant prior to switching phones to my present Iphone 5c.

Thanks, got it! I have to say though, the Verizon website is the most

exasperating, and confounding site I have ever been on. I hate it. There is

nothing intuitive or simple about it.
