How can I regain the color on my iPhone 5s? One moment it had color and the next everything turned black white and gray.

SBrumberg Uh oh! This does not sound good! Let's see what's going on with your screen. What happens if you try a soft reset? Power off the phone and then wait about 10 seconds and press the power and home key until you see the apple logo. Also, find basic troubleshooting steps here.  http://vz.to/12TLCsR
