how do I send a voicemail I received to other contacts so they can hear the voicemail also?

You would save the voicemail as an audio file, and then email or message it to the contacts you wanted to share it with depending on how you wanted to share it and how big the file was.
Go into the VM on your device and tap on the up icon to share it. Here you can email it, send it as a message, send it to your voice memos, etc. I believe this is what your looking for. Let us know.
