i cannot receive calls. Help.

I Cannot receive calls.  Caller reaches sound as if phone is blocked or out of order.  I tried all troubleshooting tips, except SIM card.  Where is it?  Version 8.3 downloaded.

1. Ensure the device is powered off.

   ---

2. From the right edge of the device, remove the SIM card tray.
   Utilize the SIM eject tool (or paperclip) to unlock the tray by inserting it into the provided slot.

3. Remove the SIM card from the SIM card tray.
   If applicable, refer to Insert the SIM Card.

Thank you. I finally realized that call forwarding was on. I must have hit the star key by mistake. Once I deactivated that, I was good.
