Some things to consider if your Verizon iPhone 5 Activation fails, again and again... Verizon Tech Support doesn't seem to know about these issues:

1- Make sure if you're porting your number, from say, AT&T, that the phone is NOT on "Call Forwarding."

2- You cannot activate from a satellite connection.
