I had a iPhone 4S and upgraded to iPhone 5 around June 2013. I never had an issue until 8 weeks ago and now my phone drops calls everywhere. I cannot get more than 1 to 2 bars on my phone even in Baltimore City, MD. I never had a problem up until now. The SIM card was just recently replaced and still dropping calls. This is crazy, I had done every solution Verizon has suggested. They had to change something about their networks because I have several coworkers who have the same phone but have AT&T and they have full signal in the same location while I have no signal to one bar. What are my next steps because I can't keep trying to conduct business with a phone that does not

This is very strange Rkone! Replacing the SIM card was a great troubleshooting step. Next, I recommend doing a hard reset via iTunes and setup your phone as a new phone to clear any potential corrupted system files.
