I have 3 iPhone 5 users that are located in the same building. They have issues receiving their phone calls and therefore are relying on their voicemail. However, they do not receive a notification regarding voicemail for hours, sometimes for days. Their phones are basically useless in their work environment except for texting. Does anyone have any tips regarding refreshing their phones so they can receive their voicemails besides turning their phone off. Any tips on getting better reception? Has anyone used one of Verizon's network extenders? Do you know of any individual network extenders that are available and effective?

Let's start with what zip code are you having an issue in? What type of building are you having issues in? For example, is it a high rise of a metal factory building? A great started troubleshooting step is to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, reboot, and retest. Once you have done so then please advise if the service improves.
