I cannot connect to the internet, or send i messages or messages thorugh apps like avacodo. Phone says that I have LTE connection through Verizon and I can stream music. I cannot connect to e mail either. I have turned off the phone and turned back on several times still unable to connect these apps are set to use cellar data in the settings- any other ideas?

Seems like it was a temporary issue or one related to weather or something
as the next day in the same location all was fine.

That indeed sounds like a serious situation! We would be delighted to see what we can do to assist today. Do you mind sharing when this started? Is WIFI off or on? Have you removed/reinserted SIM on the right side of the device by popping out the SIM tray? Please keep us posted, thanks!

Looks like an LTE problem in Racine Wi. When I disable LTE it works fine
when LTE is on I cannot send or receive data.
