  • Orders must be placed before 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays) for same day pickup.
  • We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
  • Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
  • In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
  • Curbside Pickup available at select stores.

My iPhone 5 16GB is dead.  It charged all night and was fine as of 7:30am this morning.  By the time I got to work at 8:00am it was dead.  Any ideas???

If you have insurance, you should file in a claim for a replacement with Verizon/Assurion.
