Suddenly, today, my iPhone 5 began giving me a problem. Out of the blue, I hear the person I called but they can't hear me. Tried cleaning out the headphone jack. Did a reset. iTunes works in that I can hear music from the speaker. I can hear the person I called with headphones plugged in. But nothing from the speaker. Is this a hardware problem? Or a Verizon issue?
