looking for some help... My phone stopped ringing this week, and nothing I can do seems to help.
it's not an issue with the ring, it doesn't register a missed call, even belatedly.
It is NOT on silent, or do not disturb; all other notifications arrive as expected, including the voicemail notification.
I tried powering down and powering back up, which had no effect.... what else can I try?
Hello halcyon36. I don't want you to have to miss anymore calls just because you couldn't hear your phone! Did you notice before this happened if you downloaded any new applications to your phone? Are you able to hear the audio from music or videos? A step I recommend trying would be to hold the Home button and Power button at the same time for about 10 seconds or until you see an Apple Logo appear. This will not erase your phone. Please let us know if you see improvement!
