The phone was accidentally dropped and the screen cracked. We had the screen repaired and then after that the camera wouldn’t flip.
It was repaired but not by an Apple Store
sorry but it's really hard to believe that you didn't think it was important to mention these 2 items.
in essence, folks wasted their time helping.
The phone is, most likely, going to need to be replaced.
