Having lots of problems with my iPhone 5c ever since returning from a trip abroad with my phone on airplane mode. The time does not keep, bluetooth does not sync, email does not load, and I cannot connect to the app store. Suggestions?
Rcaldwell89, welcome back home! I hope that you enjoyed your trip. Let's make sure that we're able to get your phone back in good working condition again. Since you have been back, have you been able to power off the cell phone, remove the sim card: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-85346/ for 30 seconds? If not, I would recommend on trying that step first. Please keep us posted.
