I get some messages from some people, all messages from some people, and NO messages from some people. I have called the help line 2 times and followed all their trouble shooting steps, and still not getting all my messages. Please help!

Based on the information provided, this may be a result of your iMessage feature. If you go to Settings>Messages>iMessage and disable the feature, try testing out sending/receiving text messages to see if this helps? Do you notice if you experience issues with just other iPhone users or Android users as well?
