I just got the iPhone 5s a week ago. I had the 4s prior to purchasing my new phone. I have been a verizon customer for 15 years or more and never been so frustrated! I can't got through a complete phone conversation without the call being dropped at least 3 to 4 times in my home. (Most of the time they are dropped 8 to 12 times). I have reset the network, no difference. I have NEVER had this problem until purchasing the 5s. I am ready to return the phone at this point. Is there a fix for the problem? In my research it seems there are an abnormal number of complaints with regard to this same issue. Help!!!

I definitely want to take a closer look into the issue. Are you using a case with the device? Have you carefully tested a call without the case? There is the off chance that the device antenna placement doesn't agree with how case surrounds it.
