iPhone 5s shipping status

How come when I check my status it displays a ip address where the fedex tracking info should be? I ordered 9/20.

It all depends on what time you ordered the phone.

Verizon has started to ship out phones for people that ordered in the beginning first few minutes. I ordered the 5s in gold 16gb and got my delivery information this morning.

Also check if your credit card has been charged, they don't charge you until they ship it out.

Update: I called Verizon this morning and spoke with a rep. I was informed my payment info didn't go thru completely and needed to be corrected and that was the reason why my shipping status displayed incorrectly. After the payment info was corrected I checked back and yet no tracking info has shown up, it does display shipping 9/24. Oddly the rep said it wouldn't ship until 9/30.

I have discovered that most of the reps are misinformed or just tell us

things to get us off the phone. I called friday and the rep told me I

wasn't getting my phone until October 28 (she was completely off). It takes

them a while to update check back later tonight!

FedEx Tracking info just showed up on status check. Delivery set. 9/25
