...but when I change the view to check the status of an over the phone order, it says to check back in the next hour for a status update. So which is it, VZW?
Also, when I click the upgrade button on the line I want to upgrade, it tells me that there is a device waiting to be activated and I can't do anything. Before, it would allow me to go through the motions to upgrade the device.
I'm confused.
When I ordered my phone online it was about an hour or two before I was able to check the status of my order online. I also had the message that said to check back later. Eventually they'll update it. Also, I ordered my phone a couple weeks ago and it said it was supposed to ship by 10/14. Well, today's the day and my card hasn't been charged and my order status still says "will ship by 10/14". If your ship date is 11/11 it looks like you have another month of waiting.
