Ok so this is a little embarrassing. I have had my iPhone 5s for over 2 years, I'm ready for a new phone. My problem is that when I get a call on call waiting I hit hold call and accept. When I'm finished with that conversation I hit swap. Why does my phone end both calls. I have to be doing something wrong. Please help

We certainly want you tobe able to use all functions on your device so you have indeed reached the right place for help. When you are on the second call that comes through instead of hitting swap, you would want to select end on the call you are trying to disconnect from. Once you do this you will hear a beep and then it will show the original call is back on your screen. Try this and see if it works for you. Please keep us posted.
