Bought a new iPhone on eBay. The seller used it as an upgrade and now I can not activate it, the phone asks me to type billing zip code and last 4 digits of SSN.
Is there any other way I can activate it? The seller doesn't want to give this info to me....
Can some VZW representative give me an answer here?

The seller should have activated another phone on the line they purchased the phone on. They don't need to give you their personal account information. The phone needs to have a clean ESN. You can try to activate it through your MyVerizon account online. If the process claims the ESN isn't eligible to activate on your account then you have a problem.

Congrats on the new phone. I would love to help. It sounds to me like the phone is still active on the sellers account. Can you check with them to ensure that the device was replaced? If not, you will no be able to activate the phone. Let me know if you need additional assistance.
