After upgrading to iOS 6.0.2 on a verizon iphone 5, both of our phones are now 1 hour early.
I turned off automatic in the date & time configuration, and set my time manually.
I seems to work for a short while, but then back to an hour slow.
I contacted Apple and they refer to some links on Verizon, but no working resolution
What about turning off "Set Time Zone" in system services? settings>location services>system services (at the bottom). In that section only leaving only cell,compass and traffic enabled will also help increase battery life. If that works you may can turn auto time set back on in the date and time settings and still get your time updated.
