I tried to initiate a 3 way call using an Apple 5s, and it did not work. I am traveling in Toronto, could that have something to do with it?

Let's see what 3 way / Conference calling options are available to you. Please share more details of what you experienced. Were you on an existing call, trying to place another call to conference or were you attempting to accept a second incoming call to merge?
