If you are on the old plan you are under the old terms regardless of when you signed the contract. If you agreed to the new terms you would have never been on the old plan.

I am not on any 'old' or 'new' plan.

I am on 'a' plan and contract was signed in october, when the rules were in place.

the rules make no oblique reference to: hey verizon, we give you leeway for older plans, etc.

I will do none of that Brian, since I don't need to.

and i don't need to do any sneaky things like you.

But verizon does need to follow FCC rules, which they dont seem to.

Are you out of any other conspiracy theories or do you have any more of those to make, rather than cogent arguments?

Then do without because that's your other choice. I don't why you are arguing like you have some kind of pull that can make Verizon give you free tethering. Do you think you're the first person to argue about this? Anyone here know of ANYONE that has gotten free tethering on old plans? anyone...anyone... Beuller.....?

I am not the one who said Vza has to give free tethering. Its the FCC who said that.

And Verizon does. With Share Everything. Keep it up and the mods will mercifully lock this thread.

Eguy isent the everything plan mean in your thought the teathering your not paying for. It's included. The nationwide plan has been here for years. The tiered last year. Vzw Does what it does the cheapest way to comply. Wait untill next year they will come out a new rule. Vzw expect the unexpected. If you had a choice then you choice what you choose. If you didn't like options it's in you. Is atat any different? Does sprint do different?

I know what I chose.

I know what Verizon should follow according to the rules.

Yes mods please close this thread since its pointless to hear the same insane arguments from vzw-fans.
