The " My Verizon" app on my iPhone 5 running IOS7 just stopped working (connecting). Apps says it can't establish a connection. I've tried WiFi and LTE connection and it won't work on either. I've rebooted iPhone and even re-installed My Verizon App. What gives???????
Oh No! That indeed sounds alarming! We want all of your applications to be fully functional. Are other applications able to connect properly? Can you access web pages? Have you attempted to remove and reinsert SIM on the right side of the device? Please keep us posted, thanks!
