"Storage Almost Full" Message

I began to get this message the other day:

Message:  Storage Almost Full - Options to Change Settings, Done.

So I cleaned out some space. I still go the message at least 5-10 times per day. Here's what my usage looks like:

So, 6 GB seems like plenty of space and I shouldn't be getting this message. I can't seem to find any other answer than "factory reset the phone," Does anyone have any idea why I continue to get this message?
