All 5 of our verizon lines experienced text and phone issues yesterday 4/28 for numerous hours. Inquired about a credit for lost service, Chat line could not tell me the credit amount? We pay a lot of money each month for service for years, always paid in full on time. Verizon needs to rectify this lack of service issue and compensate us accordingly. It was an inconvenience yesterday, luckily we did not experience and emergency!!
