I currently have a iphone 5c but the screen is broken so you cant touch the screen. I want to use my galaxy 4 but do i need a new sim or can i use the sim that i use for my iphone

Sorry to hear about your devices screen, but it's definitely a good thing you had a spare. Unfortunately, those devices would not use the same SIM cards so you'll definitely want to get a new or utilize the one within the S4 to activate the device. Do you have insurance for your previous device? If so, you can file a claim with Asurion by calling 888-881-2622 or by going online to www.phoneclaim.com.
