Sorry to hear you are getting a boot menu on your iPhone and cannot power it on. This is an unusual thing for an iPhone to do. Let's see if we can get the device to respond. I would first try to restart the device by pressing and holding both the home button and the power button for 15 seconds and releasing.

If the device still does not power on the next step would be to use recovery mode to restore your iPhone with iTunes. Unfortunately, this does erase your phone but at least it would be possible to get the iPhone working again. Here are the instructions: .
