I can't hear my voice mail messages. I see that I have a message but it will not play for me to hear it.
SHARIC72, voice mail services are a very important feature we all rely on, so let's do all we can to get this helpful service working for you. When did you first notice that your voice mail was no longer working? Are you able to dial *86, and enter in your PIN to access the voice mail menu?
