Recently ordered an iphone 5 from verizon for $199, not incl upgrade discount. Now, however, my local TV money advisor says Walmart is selling very same iphones for $120plus. How do I go about getting a price match, or, a rebate? Can I send back the verizon iphone, and buy at walmart?
A) if you are getting the phone for $199 you are in fact getting a upgrade discount since the phone retails for $650.
B) Verizon won't price match Wal-Mart. You usually get 14 days to send a phone back but you'll probably get charged a $35 restocking fee, but I'm not sure. Not to be crass but you should have shopped around.
kalvis, if you can wait a little longer, the price will almost without question drop more. Keep checking Best Buy, Amazon, and WalMart among others.
