There are data usage on days, at times, when I know I am on wifi, or even asleep. What are these? They are typically a fraction of a kilobyte.

I think I found the answer elsewhere on the forum. It's just small amounts, like .1 Kbyte. The phone is not plugged in overnight and if an app is sending a notice or checking location, there may be a small latency between our router/wifi that could account for the small amount of data. This seems a reasonable answer.

Which phone model do you have?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
