Wyte,
I’m always watching videos on my iPhone that I’ve taken. So if I wasn’t able to do so any longer, that would concern me as well. Let’s find out more details here. When did this start happening? When you try to play a video, what happens?

Just searches. A circle rotates but the video doesn't open.

Oh my. That would put a damper on the viewing process. Does it still do that after the 5s has been powered off/on? Does this happen with new & older videos that were taken?

Already tried a couple of hard reboots, that didn't help. Older and newer videos will play.

wyte, if it were me I'd transfer the video to a computer. That way it would be easier to get some info and size of the file. It's likely a .mov format, so you'd have to have QuickTime or iTunes installed on the computer to really work with it good.
