***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. worked perfectly 2 days ago. Now email is hesitant, cannot open emails. Very slow email. email screen looks a bit odd. All other functions are normal including texting. Settings look normal. Any suggestions?

If it's a 3rd party e-mail app, I suggest removing it and reinstalling it. Or at the very lease, remove your account and then add it back.

Thanks.  email is Verizon.  how easily is the email account deleted and reinstalled?  Where do I get directions?
