For the past several weeks, perhaps even longer, I only get 3G on my iPhone 6. My husband who has the same model, same version of the software update, and the very same carrier settings gets LTE. The only difference I can see in the Settings is that my network shows as Verizon and his as Verizon Wireless. I am stumped. Is there a way to fix this without having to go to the store?

Let's ensure you can enjoy LTE service, ZUZANNAWILSON. I appreciate you comparing the settings with your husband's device. On your phone, please go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This step will not erase your content, but it will remove saved WiFi and Bluetooth settings.

My LTE works for some things, but others load slowly, or they simply don't load at all (App Store, Last Pass, Streaming TV).
