What does it mean when it says, call cannot be completed as dialed announcement number 175332." but then it connects.

lbbowyer, your calls are important and we definitely want all of them going through. While we are glad to hear that the call eventually connects, let's work to get to the bottom of this. Does this happen with every call that you make or only when calling a specific party? When did this begin? Do you recall adding any recent apps, games or software to your phone? Are you experiencing any issue receiving calls?
