Is anyone else getting terrible pictures with their 6s?  Especially flash pictures.  And also a terrible lag-time with flash pictures.  (And, no, it is not on 'Live' or time delay)

If you're having issues with your camera report it to Apple. If it turns out to be a defect on multiple devices they will do a recall like they did got the iSight camera on the 6 plus
