My Mom passed away a year ago and I have kept her service active so that I did not lose her voicemail greeting. If I cancel her verizon service will I lose the greeting?

I understand the feeling, ashfordchero, having recently lost a loved one. The sad truth is yes, canceling her line would mean the loss of any voicemail she had on that line, including her greeting. Perhaps you could have someone call it, on speakerphone, and then record the greeting? Just one possible thought.

Thank you, George. That's a great suggestion. Sorry for your loss, as well.
