VEdison store told me to call on Christmas and the phone would activate easily. All contacts, messages, etc. are there as the store said they would be. However, when calling the phone, it goes straight to voice mail and there is a iOS 9.2 update that won't complete due to an "incomplete" connection to the Internet. The phone, however, is connected to the Internet. I don't know what else to do and then minutes are clicking down until xmas morning!
