Since updating the latest software on iPhone 5S, my voice mail is requiring a password. I hadn't set a password previously. I've tried resetting the password to create one, but still can't access Voice Mail.
Twyla52, I want to make sure that you're able to access your voicemails without any issues. When did you complete the software update? I want to make sure that everything is provisioned correctly for your voicemail on the network. So we can go over those specifics, I did request to follow you. I also sent you a Direct Message. Can you please respond back to that message for me. Looking forward to getting this fixed for you ASAP.
