Cannot make outgoing calls and when I tried calling from another phone, goes to voicemail

I cannot make calls from my iphone 6 and when I tried calling from another phone it went directly to voice mail.  I can send texts.

This has been occurring for about five days.  I have tried a soft reset, still no good.  Also when I try to call from another phone it goes directly to voice mail.

We definitely want to get your phone to be making calls again. Was there any changes made around the time this started to happen? Do you get any error messages when you try to call out? What type of service is showing in the top left corner of the screen? What zip code are you in?
