That seems to be very strange, MGP2110. You should have no issues with doing group message with iPhones and non-iPhones. How long has this been going on? Are you able to send text messages to the non-iPhone uses as a separate text message? Do you get any error messages when you try to send out those text? Please provide me with some details.

This has been going on for about 6 months, original I would get the text replies individually from the group members. Now I am not receiving any group text. I am able to send and receive individual text messages from non iPhones users. I don’t receive any error messages when I text individuals. When I try to text a group, I receive error messages.

The error is "Not Delivered"; iMessage works with no problems.

Do you turn cellular data off? Non iMessage group messages and MMS messages must have cellular data turned on.

We want you to be able to enjoy your group messages.  Hearing that you still are unable to do group messages is odd.  Have you tried starting a new group messages with those contacts?  Is your iOS update? Keep us posted.

Yes, I have attempted to start the messages several times, I just updated the iOS last week, I am currently on version 8.4.1. Still no luck. I have restarted the phone, also.

I am having the same exact problem. This has been going on since I switched to iPhone (4) back in 2012, and continuing with iPhone 6. I have not been able to send or receive group messages if the group has a non-iPhone user. This is now becoming a problem as I have to use group messaging in my current employment. Please help.

Hotar, help has arrived. I am sorry to learn that you are unable to send or receiving group text messages. I have had an iPhone 4 and all the models to the more recent iPhone 6 and haven’t had any troubles with group messages. We will help get down to the bottom of this. When you send the messages do you receive to an error message?
