Verizon I want an explanation that you don't have the simplest idea of your inventory, yet you continue to take orders and payments for phones you clearly do not have! I have in writing from the Alderwood store manager that my phone would be here on the 10/28, I called on 10/29 and it was delayed until 10/30 and finally I was told that it was delayed until 11/30! Seriously do you suck that bad? I have been with you for more than 16 years! I am about to leave and go to another provider. Oh wait it gets better, over the last 2 months while I have been waiting for the "sold out" iPhone 4 of my staff has walked in showing me their new iPhone they walked in and picked up from the Alderwood mall verizon! I am writing a complaint to the FCC and the BBB, this is deceptive with out a doubt. Verizon your customer service simply sucks.
Still waiting for a verizon rep to grow a pair and address this and help a long time customer get their phone. Step up!
